This Steel 10mm All thread 1000mm Long Hollow Rod is perfect for creating a fixing point for your light fitting, as well as being hollow this will also allow the cable to be run up inside it.
The lampholder requires 6mm (max) of thread sticking out the top so the lampholder can be screwed down on top.
Great for hiding the cable inside a light fitting, and is very easy to cut down using a hacksaw.
