Terms and Conditions
In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings
The person(s), firm or Company who purchases the Goods from the Company
Margin Services Ltd. (trading as Lampspares)
Any Contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions
Any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them)
Payment for goods can be made by one of the following payment methods.
- Credit cards
- Debit Cards
- BACS - Please call for this option.
Please Note: Due to international BACS charges any international BACS order will have a £7 payment fee added to the order.
Pricing include VAT but does not include delivery costs.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
we do not deliver to your area;
or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typo error or an error in the pricing information received by us from the suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We are not responsible if you cannot access the site properly or at all because of any event outside our control, for example (without limitation) the performance of your or our ISP, your browser or the internet.
This site relies in part on software to work. Whilst we will monitor the site, we cannot guarantee that the site or any individual feature of the site will be error free, available all the time and/or free from viruses. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.
We offer tiered trade account discounts for traders:
- Upto £200 = 5% Discount
- Upto £600 = 6% Discount
- Upto £700 = 7% Discount
- Upto £800 = 8% Discount
- Upto £900 = 9% Discount
- Upto £1000 = 10% Discount
We require you to fill out a sign up form and send it back to us via the the email provide don the form, it is down to our discretion to approve or disapprove your request.
We do not need to give you a reason for disproving your account and we can remove your discount account at any time without warning if we feel required to.
The discount is applied at the basket level and does include a discount on already bulk discounted items.
We cannot produce manual orders over the phone for trade account customers, as this is an online account only.
The trade account is associated to the traders email account only and we cannot add any other email but we can change the email if requested.
The Trade account is available for traders who have spend a minimum of £200 with us in either 1 order or several orders.
We cannot open trader accounts for people who have no purchase history with us.
All of our products are covered under the manufacturer warranty and the Company will endeavour to transfer to the Buyer the benefit of any Warranty or Guarantee given to the Company.
Please note that due to the nature of some of the products they are classed as consumables and are affected by use, care and fitting.
Items that fall into this category are belts, filters, bags, tools and brush rollers etc. These items may not be covered by any warranty period.
Faulty goods within 28 days - will be replaced by Lampspares.
Faulty goods over 28 days - Lampspares will contact the manufacturer as each have their own policy’s on how to proceed.
All of our custom made products are non returnable as these are specially made.

A custom made product will need to be built by one of our technicians and can upto 3 days to make depending on workload and qty ordered.
The delivery time scale given on the website if from dispatch and not when ordered.
Our custom made leads are not to be taken apart in any way shape or form.
We are unable to accept any returns of the custom RAL colours unless the product is faulty, any difference in colour or any colour related issues cannot be accepted as a return.
This is because the coloring process may be slightly off and we and our supplier cannot guarantee 100% colour match, as its oil based ink onto PVC that can fade or get darker when drying.
