Shipping
Delivery Time: From dispatch (Royal Mail dependent). Standard UK Mainland delivery charges are listed below.
Royal Mail Large Letter services are for smaller items. Our system automatically selects the correct service based on your order contents.

Free for orders over £75 - Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.99 (1–2 working days from dispatch)

We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked for most orders. However, at our discretion, we may use other couriers such as DHL, DPD, Parcelforce, or others, depending on parcel size and delivery requirements.
Due to rising Royal Mail costs, we aim to keep our prices as low as possible. We use tracked services for all items, and our postage fees only cover courier, payment processing, and packaging materials — we do not profit from shipping.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (cut-off 12 pm on Friday). We do not dispatch orders over weekends. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off will be processed on Monday or Tuesday depending on workload.
Please note: Shipping times are not guaranteed and are calculated from the time of dispatch, not the time of order. Orders to Scotland and other remote areas may take longer.
Our dispatch cut-off for Tracked 24 is 3 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Tracked 48 orders are handled in date order and may not be dispatched the same day during busy periods.
Refused Orders
If you refuse delivery, please note:
- Royal Mail does not charge a “return to sender” fee, so your refund will not be reduced.
- Courier services do charge a return fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
It is generally cheaper to accept the parcel and return it yourself, as return shipping is not covered by us.
EU Shipping
Due to changes in the General Safety & Performance Requirements (GSPR), we no longer ship to EU countries.
This was a difficult decision, but compliance costs have made it impractical for a small family-run business to continue shipping to the EU. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
Packaging
We do our best to use recyclable materials for packaging. However, some small parts require clear plastic bags for safety and practicality. We continue to look for eco-friendly alternatives.
We use 100% biodegradable and compostable (EN13432) Eco-Flo chips for fragile items, along with air cushions and brown paper packaging.
Returns
To cancel your order, you must email or write to us within 14 working days of receiving your items, quoting your order number.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in an unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns must be made at your own cost within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the goods until they are received back by us.
If goods are returned used or incomplete, or with damaged packaging, the right to a full refund may be forfeited.
We will refund only the basic delivery cost of sending the goods to you. If you chose an upgraded service (e.g. next-day delivery), we will refund the basic delivery charge only.
Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty, please contact us by phone before returning it. Our team will provide return instructions and an authorised return reference.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty. All custom items are tested before leaving our workshop.
Custom RAL colour cables are non-returnable.

Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or a refund.
Delivery Responsibility
We will deliver goods to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the unavailability of someone to receive the parcel.
If a delivery attempt fails, it is your responsibility to contact the courier or local Royal Mail office to arrange collection or redelivery.
Backordering
We allow customers to backorder products beyond our in-stock levels. Current stock levels are displayed on each product page. If you backorder an item, this will be clearly shown on each product page, you will receive an automated email confirming the backorder item.
By default, we will hold your order until all items are available and can be shipped together. If you would prefer us to split the shipment and send in-stock items first, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
