This lampholder comes in 4 parts comprising of; the cap which is the section that screws onto the fixing of the light fitting (or cord grip for a pendant lamp), the centre connection unit where you will connect the live (Brown) and neutral (Blue) and Earth (Yellow and Green) wires, the skirt which is the top section above the cap, and finally the shade ring which screws onto the skirt.

Important Information Regarding This Lampholder

This is a threaded lampholder meaning you can attach a shade using 2 shade rings. Simply screw the first shade ring onto the lampholder, place the shade on top, before screwing on the second shade ring, allowing you to securely clamp a shade onto this lampholder.

However, please be aware that this lampholder only comes with 1 shade ring.
