The Brass Balance Ring with 10mm Female Thread can be used either on the Ceiling rose or on the Lampholder, paired with one of our S hooks and then a stunning chain that matches the style and character of your light fitting. This Loop is sure to add a personality to your light fitting, as it’s a traditional and classic style for Chandelier light fittings.
If you would like to use this with a lampholder then you will need a small piece of Male thread to go in between this and the lampholder, 'All threaded Rods'. For a Ceiling Rose you can use a pottery nipple, 'Pottery Nipples'.
This Ring is ideal to use on the Lampholder/Lampshade end of the light fitting. This item has grooves to enable you to balance a light fitting. Particularly, with handmade shades they can be heavier on one side, this is the solution as it will counterbalance the offset weight. What an amazing answer to a common problem.
